Privacy Policy
Your data is yours. We never use it to train AI models.
Data Collection
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: your email (for subscription verification), audio files, and images you upload for transcription. We do not collect browsing history, cookies for tracking, or personal data beyond what is required for authentication.
Data Processing
Your audio and images are processed on our servers using OpenAI Whisper and PaddleOCRv5. Files are stored in Cloudflare R2 with presigned URLs that expire after a set period. We do not retain your files longer than necessary.
AI Model Training
We never use your data to train AI models. Your audio, images, and transcripts are used solely for the purpose of providing the transcription service to you. They are not fed into any model training pipeline, shared with third parties for AI development, or used to improve our models.
Security
All file transfers use HTTPS. Authentication uses JWT tokens stored in your browser's localStorage. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your credit card information.
Retention
Uploaded files and transcripts are automatically deleted after their TTL expires (configured per job). You can also delete your history from the app dashboard at any time.
