Acceptance of Terms

By using cutbed ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by cutbed on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Service Description

cutbed provides AI-powered transcription and OCR tools. The Service includes audio transcription, image text extraction, and YouTube video transcription. All processing is done on our servers. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of transcription or OCR output.

Free Trial

Users may try the Service without an account: up to 10 seconds of audio transcription or extraction of text from one image. YouTube video transcription and unlimited usage require a paid subscription.

Subscription

The paid plan is $7 USD per month, billed automatically via Stripe. You may cancel anytime through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There is no prorated refund for partial months.

No Refunds

All sales are final. cutbed does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please use the free trial before subscribing. If you are unsatisfied, you may cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to process illegal content, copyrighted material you do not own, or content that violates applicable laws. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service. We reserve the right to terminate your access for misuse.

Data and Privacy

Your data is processed solely to provide the Service. We do not use your data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

cutbed is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The maximum liability under any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
