Refund Policy

Effective June 4, 2026

No Refunds

All sales are final. cutbed does not issue refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, unused subscription time, dissatisfaction with results, accidental purchases, or change of mind.

Free Trial

We encourage all users to use the free trial before subscribing. The free trial allows you to transcribe up to 10 seconds of audio or extract text from one image without any charge. This gives you a clear sense of the Service quality before committing.

Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us via the feedback form. We will review and, if the charge was indeed in error, work with Stripe to resolve it. This does not constitute a refund policy — it applies only to verifiable billing errors.

Changes

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
